Kelly James
Kelly qualified as an Osteopath with the British School of Osteopathy (now University College of Osteopathy), following this she completed a post-graduate certificate in specialist paediatric osteopath practice. She runs two Osteopathic clinics in the London bridge area, looking after patients and keeping them pain-free and happy.

Kelly has treated a wide range of patients, from babies to adults, and from athletes to office workers, she will get you back to health no matter what your goal may be! Gym, running, walking, gardening, picking up your children or grandchildren, alongside manual therapy she uses her 15 years experience in personal rehabilitative training, pilates and yoga, to assist the patient and provide them with the tools for self-care, which produces a better outcome than manual therapy alone.

Kelly believes that having a healthy, pain-free functioning body is essential to having a healthy mind and happy life, as alongside work she has a busy family life (husband and two daughters) and tries to practice what she preaches (sometimes!). She has found she is happiest when healthier and pain-free!

Osteopathy
Osteopathy uses the philosophy that for an individual to function well, then the underlying structures need to be working well together and therefore looks to restore balance and function where dysfunction exists.

Osteopathy is a safe and effective form of Primary Healthcare that is protected by Statue and regulated in the UK. Osteopaths are allied health professionals. All Osteopaths are registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) which promotes high standards of care and monitors the profession.

All osteopaths have undertaken a 4 or 5-year degree course, attained a Bachelors or Master's degree and will have done a minimum of 1000 clinic hours before qualifying to register with GOsC.
Christian Thomson
Christian Thomson is a performance coach who uses psychology and neurology to remove pain and other road blocks that stop people becoming the best version of themselves, aka superhuman.

Growing up a dyslexic kid who suffered with asthma, anemia and chronic fatigue syndrome so bad that if he sat down for too long he would fall asleep, Christian decided to find answers for himself rather then sit and accept his situation. However, even after winning a world martial arts title and doing everything perfect, eating, sleeping, training, his health was still a mess.

Discovering that exercise and nutrition where not the be all and end all of health, Christian now specializes in helping others live long healthy lives, become stronger, have great body composition and all without spending their lives in the gym to achieve it.

Christian has spent the best part of three decades in training and won world titles in kickboxing. He has trained with and under the best in this country and the world over.

He is only one of four people to hold his level of qualifications in Europe for a functional neurology practice called PDTR as well as over 17 years experience helping others become the best versions of themselves.
