Your Tokei Membership Card
After registering as a Tokei member, you will receive a membership card.
You will be expected to produce this card as a confirmation of membership.
Failure to produce this card may result in entry being refused.
Should you lose your card, a fee will be charged for a replacement.
Your membership card applies to you and only you. Loaning or transferring your card to another person is not permitted.
Guests
Your guests are welcome to visit and look around the club. However should they wish to participate in one of our classes or to use the gym then they will be asked to pay the standard fee of a day member. Each guest may be asked to fill in form with their name and other details for administration purposes.
Children
Children are not allowed to use any of the facilities without proper supervision.
Unacceptable Conduct
Shoes and appropriate clothes must be worn in all areas of the club. However, shoes are forbidden on the mats at all times.
Members and guests must not:
- Damage or deliberately misuse club facilities - Guilty parties will be asked to pay for the cost of repair.
- Display violent or rude behaviour towards staff or other club members.
- Smoke in any part of the club.
- Bring drugs or other illegal substances into Tokei. Anyone caught with illegal drugs will be aked to leave immediately!
- Use the gym equipment while intoxicated. This will not be tolarated under any circumstance.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask you to leave the club if we reasonably believe that you have broken any of our rules.
